Dear CleanSafe Master (hereinafter referred to as "this application") users:
Before subscribing to this application's membership service, please carefully review and fully understand all the contents of the "Subscription Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), paying particular attention to the clauses marked in bold, underline, or other prominent forms, which involve limitations and exemptions of liability. When you complete the "Agree" action of this Agreement according to the in-app instructions and successfully activate the membership service, it will be deemed that you have fully understood and completely accepted all the provisions of this Agreement, and this act will constitute a legally binding contractual relationship between you and this application.
Before using the membership services, you must complete account registration and login, and agree to abide by the "User Agreement" and all applicable rules published by the platform. In addition to adhering to this agreement, you must also comply with relevant laws and regulations and the platform's rules to ensure that all usage activities are conducted within the scope permitted by law.
You must meet the age requirements for use as stipulated by applicable law and agree that this application may collect and use relevant data in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are a minor but have exceeded the legal minimum age for personal data collection (e.g., 14 years old in mainland China), your parents or guardians must carefully read and agree to all terms of this agreement, the Privacy Policy, etc., and your parents or guardians shall bear corresponding legal responsibility for your use of this service.

1.1 CleanSafe Master Member : refers to a user who has fully completed the entire purchase process of CleanSafe Master membership and, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, legally enjoys the membership services provided by CleanSafe Master during the membership service validity period.
1.2 CleanSafe Master Membership Services : This refers to the collection of exclusive membership benefits offered by CleanSafe Master. This service is a paid value-added service, and you will need to pay the corresponding fee to access it. We have tailored an exclusive benefits system for our members, and the specific services included, applicable usage rules, and related restrictions are detailed in Module 2 of this agreement.
1.3 CleanSafe Master Membership Service Rules: This covers all currently officially published relevant content, as well as various regulations that will be released periodically in the future. Specific forms include, but are not limited to, membership service agreements, official announcements, page operation guides, important notices, frequently asked questions (FAQ), and detailed rules for various promotional activities. The aforementioned content shall take effect upon publication and automatically become an integral part of this agreement.
1.4 CleanSafe Master Agreement Update Mechanism: Due to objective factors such as changes in the business environment, revisions to laws and regulations, and adjustments to policy guidance, we and our affiliates reserve the right to revise this agreement in a timely manner. During the agreement update process, we will not unilaterally reduce or diminish your legal rights under this agreement without your active and explicit consent. After each agreement update, we will send you a notification through official channels such as site messages, application pop-ups, and announcements to ensure that you are promptly informed of the latest terms.
2.1 Member-Exclusive Features
（1）Advanced Live Image Segmentation Feature: A member-exclusive, highly efficient Live image creation tool that supports one-click activation of segmentation mode, allowing for quick access to the editing interface without complex operations. It offers two segmentation styles: nine-grid and four-grid. Segmented Live images retain their dynamic effects completely and can be batch exported to albums or directly shared on social media platforms, facilitating efficient creation and organization of visual content and significantly improving dissemination and organization efficiency.
（2）Advanced video/photo cleanup function: A member-exclusive deep cleanup tool that scans the device's photo album from all angles, intelligently identifying blurry images, duplicate/similar content, low-value screenshots, and large redundant files. It supports one-click batch cleanup or manual selective deletion, automatically skipping content marked "important" during cleanup to effectively prevent accidental deletion; it efficiently frees up storage space and organizes the photo album structure, making it easier to find precious memories.
（3）Advanced video/photo compression: A storage optimization tool exclusive to members, allowing users to choose compression parameters and start compression with one click. For videos, it significantly reduces file size while maintaining near-loss clarity; for photos, it preserves details while optimizing format to reduce storage usage. The compression process runs in the background without interfering with other operations. After completion, users can choose to replace the original file or save it separately, saving space and solving the problem of transferring large files.
（4）Advanced Speaker Cleaning Function: A member-exclusive device maintenance tool with a one-click intelligent cleaning mode that uses specific frequency sound waves to dislodge dust and debris from inside the speaker. The cleaning process is displayed in real-time, and sound quality testing is supported upon completion, allowing you to intuitively experience reduced noise and clearer volume. It's simple and safe to use, requiring no professional knowledge. Regular use can extend speaker life and consistently ensure high-quality external sound.
2.2 Member-Exclusive Services
We will provide you with dedicated customer support, giving you priority access to technical support and solutions, and promptly addressing any issues or questions you may encounter during use. Furthermore, for our members, we offer personalized customization services, tailoring cleaning strategies and optimization plans to your specific needs and feedback, comprehensively enhancing your user experience.
2.3 Membership Benefits Policy
Based on actual operational needs, we will launch a variety of promotional activities for CleanSafe Master service users at different stages (including both active members and non-active users), including service extensions, benefit upgrades, and price reductions.
All details of promotional activities (including but not limited to discount amounts, applicable conditions, and validity periods) are subject to the information published on the CleanSafe Master official service page. If your user identity and usage status meet the participation conditions for the corresponding promotional activity, you are entitled to the corresponding preferential rights in accordance with the law.
2.4 Policy Changes
We reserve the right to adjust or modify membership subscription benefits and related content based on actual circumstances. All changes will be announced within the CleanSafe Master app and members will be notified before they take effect. You can check the latest membership benefits information within the app at any time. If you disagree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and we will provide you with a reasonable solution.
3.1 Payment Method
CleanSafe Master uses a subscription-based payment model. As a member, you need to complete the payment through the built-in purchase system on the iOS platform to unlock all premium features.
3.2 Fee Standard
We reserve the right to finalize pricing for membership services. Pricing will be determined independently based on factors such as operating costs and marketing strategies (including but not limited to promotions and price adjustments). Please refer to the product brochure and payment page for the most up-to-date pricing. In the event of any changes to price or payment method, renewal or purchase will be based on the actual price published on the platform at that time (unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties). Please carefully review all price notices before renewing and make your decision accordingly.
3.3 Fee Refund
CleanSafe Master memberships are virtual online products, operating on a "pay-before-you-go" model. The membership fee is the price of the service purchased, not a prepayment, deposit, down payment, or savings card payment. Therefore, once a membership is successfully purchased, it is considered used; for refunds or exchanges, please contact customer service.
3.4 Subscription Period
It offers various subscription periods such as 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year, allowing users to choose according to their needs.
3.5 Automatic Renewal Rules
（1）Automatic renewal is valid indefinitely until you actively unsubscribe. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so directly through the App Store's subscription management.
（2）CleanSafe Master will automatically deduct payment one day before the membership expires. If the iOS account balance is insufficient at the time of the first deduction, a second deduction will be initiated on the same day; if both deductions fail, the membership will be suspended. The user shall bear the risk and loss of renewal failure due to insufficient account balance.
（3）The automatic renewal service is designed to provide convenience for existing CleanSafe Master members and prevent service interruptions due to oversight. Once activated, CleanSafe Master will automatically deduct the fee for the next subscription period before the current subscription expires, according to iOS payment rules, without requiring repeated verification of account passwords, payment passwords, or SMS verification codes.
(4) The automatic renewal deduction date is the day before the current period expires (for example: if you subscribe to the monthly service on September 19, the deduction date for the next period is October 18; for the weekly service, it is September 25; for the quarterly service, it is December 18; and for the annual service, it is September 18 of the following year). After successful deduction, CleanSafe Master will activate the CleanSafe Master membership service corresponding to this billing period for you.
(5) CleanSafe Master would like to remind you that the CleanSafe Master membership service fee you pay for this billing cycle is based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon with CleanSafe Master when you activated the CleanSafe Master membership service.
However, if CleanSafe Master conducts its own activities, or if CleanSafe Master and you have reached a separate agreement, the aforementioned fee amount will be based on the relevant agreement between CleanSafe Master and you.
Furthermore, if you reactivate CleanSafe Master membership after unsubscribing, the amount you pay for CleanSafe Master membership for this billing cycle will be based on the auto-renewal price agreed upon with CleanSafe Master at the time of reactivation.
3.6 Automatic Renewal Cancellation Method
To unsubscribe: Open iPhone "Settings" → Go to "iTunes Store & App Store" → Tap "Apple ID" → Select "View Apple ID" → Go to "Account Settings" → Tap "Subscriptions" → Select "CleanSafe Master" → Unsubscribe.
1. You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using CleanSafe Master membership services:
(1) Sub-authorize others to use the membership services, including but not limited to transferring, gifting, lending, renting, or selling membership accounts or related rights;
(2) To crack, modify, reverse operate, tamper with, or otherwise undermine the security measures of the membership service;
(3) To issue, develop, transfer, sell, display, disseminate, adapt, create derivative works of member-exclusive functions and services, or to use them for commercial purposes;
(4) Using technical means to tamper with information such as service content, membership period, fee amount, and transaction status to illegally obtain membership rights;
(5) Other related behaviors that violate CleanSafe Master's "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy";
(6) Anyone who obtains CleanSafe Master membership services or maliciously refunds through illegal or improper means or by exploiting vulnerabilities.
2. If you violate this policy and/or CleanSafe Master's User Agreement and Privacy Policy, CleanSafe Master has the right to take all or part of the following measures at its own discretion and in accordance with legal and policy requirements, without prior notice to you:
(1) Suspend or terminate the CleanSafe Master membership service provided to you, including but not limited to restricting or freezing your membership privileges; you shall bear the consequences of the inability to use the membership service, and the membership fee already paid will not be refunded;
(2) Transfer relevant clues to administrative law enforcement agencies or judicial agencies to pursue your legal responsibility; if your breach of contract causes losses to third parties (including the platform and its affiliates), you shall bear the liability for compensation independently.
We reserve the right to update the terms of this agreement from time to time. If you continue to use the CleanSafe Master service after the update, it will be considered that you have accepted all changes; if you do not agree to the updated content, please immediately stop using the relevant service and uninstall the application.
We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. We will only be liable for any inconvenience, damages, or other problems arising from our changes or discontinuation of services to the extent of our fault as required by law.
If you disagree with CleanSafe Master's changes to these rules, or are dissatisfied with the CleanSafe Master membership services we provide, you may voluntarily suspend or terminate your CleanSafe Master membership service, including but not limited to failing to renew upon expiration and voluntarily unsubscribing.
All exclusive features, content, and materials included in the CleanSafe Master membership service are the sole intellectual property of us, our licensors, or our affiliates. Our granting you this license does not imply any transfer or assignment of intellectual property rights. Any materials you obtain through the membership service may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation. Without our written authorization, these materials may not be used for any commercial purpose.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction in the defendant's domicile for resolution.
（1）"CleanSafe Master" refers to the application software jointly developed and operated by us and our affiliates. Pursuant to this agreement, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this software and its associated technical services. In this agreement, "CleanSafe Master" may refer to its mobile applications, official website, and related technical services provided by us.
(2) “We” refers to the developers of CleanSafe Master, namely Wu Chaorong .
