Welcome to experience CleanSafe Master and related services!

Before you begin using CleanSafe Master and its accompanying services, please be sure to read and thoroughly understand the entire "CleanSafe Master Terms of Service and User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement"). We strongly remind you to pay special attention to the clauses in bold throughout this Agreement. These clauses cover, but are not limited to, key areas such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, rights permissions, personal information usage guidelines, governing law, and dispute resolution. If you are under the age of 18, you must review this Agreement with your legal guardian and obtain their explicit consent before using this service.

Unless you fully acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, run, or otherwise use CleanSafe Master and its related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Use"). Once you actually begin using CleanSafe Master, you will be deemed to have fully understood and accepted the entire terms of this Agreement, voluntarily agreed to be bound by its terms, and promised to assume the corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.

 

1. Application and Definitions of this Agreement

1.1 This Agreement is a legally binding document entered into between you and the Developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") regarding your download, installation, and use of the CleanSafe Master application and related services. Some services under this Agreement may be provided by the Developer's affiliates or partners. Your use of such services constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to the relevant rights and obligations governed by this Agreement.

1.2 The "User" or "You" referred to in this Agreement includes all natural persons, legal persons or other organizations that directly or indirectly use CleanSafe Master and related services.

1.3 CleanSafe Master is a client application legally developed and operated by a developer under the brand name CleanSafe Master. This application provides a one-click Live image segmentation feature, allowing precise selection of content and flexible segmentation into nine-grid or four-grid formats. Once completed, it can be quickly exported and shared, helping you efficiently create and organize visual content.

1.4 This Agreement includes the supplementary agreements, service rules, privacy statements, and other documents that have been published by the Developer and subsequently updated through system pop-ups, internal messages, official website announcements, etc. Once officially released, the above content will become an integral part of this Agreement, and you must comply with and be bound by it.

 

2. CleanSafe Master Service Usage Instructions

CleanSafe Master client application through official pre-installation channels or third-party platforms authorized by the developer . Any software version obtained from channels not officially authorized by the developer is considered an unofficial version. The developer does not guarantee its usability and security, and users are solely responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

2.2 Users are required to equip themselves with qualified terminal devices and use the relevant network services. Once you launch the CleanSafe Master application on your terminal device, you will be deemed to have started using CleanSafe Master and related services. You will be solely responsible for any network communication fees (such as data usage) incurred.

2.3 Users can decide whether to use CleanSafe Master and related services and whether to update them. If they no longer need to use them, they can stop using them and uninstall the application.

2.4 Developers may provide different software versions for different operating systems and terminal devices. Users should obtain, download, and install the appropriate application version based on the actual device conditions.

2.5 To continuously optimize the user experience and improve the service, the developer may periodically update or adjust CleanSafe Master , including but not limited to feature improvements, version upgrades, and new services. To ensure service security and user experience, we will notify users of updates through in-app messaging, official website announcements, and other appropriate means, where feasible. You can choose whether to update to the latest version or use new services. If you choose not to update, some features may no longer function properly.

2.6 Without the express written authorization of the Developer, no user may conduct any unauthorized access or use of CleanSafe Master and related services, including but not limited to copying , adapting, disseminating, vertical searching, mirroring, or trading.

2.7 Developers grant users the right to use CleanSafe Master and related services for personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial purposes.

All other rights not expressly authorized by this Agreement remain the property of the Developer. Users must obtain the Developer's written permission before exercising such rights. Failure by the Developer to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

 

3. User Code of Conduct

3.1 User Behavior Requirements

 You are solely responsible for your use of CleanSafe Master and related services. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing by the developer, you may not:

3.1.1 Use any plug-in, add-on, system or third-party tool not authorized or permitted by the Developer to interfere with, damage, tamper with or otherwise affect the normal operation of CleanSafe Master and related services.

3.1.2 Exploit or target CleanSafe Master and related services to conduct activities that endanger computer network security, including but not limited to:

(1) Accessing a public computer network or another person's computer system without permission, deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;

(2) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;

(3) Knowing that others are engaged in activities that endanger network security, but still providing them with technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement and other assistance;

(4) Activities that endanger network security, such as illegally intruding into other people's networks, interfering with the normal functions of the network, stealing network data, etc.;

(5) Attempting to probe, scan, test CleanSafe Master system or network vulnerabilities or other acts that undermine network security without permission.

(6) Forging network data packet information (including but not limited to TCP/IP data packet names or partial names);

(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the CleanSafe Master system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, or other acts that disrupt or interfere with normal network information services;

(8) Providing programs and tools specifically designed to intrude into networks, interfere with normal network functions and protective measures, steal network data, and other activities that endanger network security;

3.1.3 Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of CleanSafe Master .

3.1.4 Any other violation of laws and regulations, this Agreement, the Developer's relevant rules, or any other violation of the legitimate rights and interests of others. If a user violates the rules, the Developer reserves the right to review and delete the content of reports and complaints, including but not limited to user information and chat logs, at any time without prior notice, and to impose penalties on the offending account, including but not limited to warnings, function restrictions, and account bans, depending on the severity of the violation, and to notify the offending account of the results through appropriate means.

3.1.5 Users who have been banned may appeal via chaohuangw0904@163.com . The developer will review the appeal and make a reasonable decision on whether to change the penalty.

 

3.2 Content Publishing Specifications

When using CleanSafe Master and related services, users must consciously abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations, and public order, and respect social morality, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, moral standards, and the authenticity of information. Users may not use CleanSafe Master and related services to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate content that contains the following:

(1) Content that endangers national honor and interests;

(2) Content that violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(3) Content that attempts to subvert state power, overthrow the socialist system, or incite secession or undermine national unity;

(4) Content that promotes ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermines national unity;

(5) Content that harms the legitimate rights and interests or physical and mental health of minors;

(6) Content that secretly photographs or records others without their permission, thereby infringing upon the legal rights and interests of others;

(7) Content that threatens national security or leaks state secrets;

(8) Content that incites regional discrimination or regional hatred;

(9) Content that disseminates terrorist or extremist ideas ;

(10) Content that infringes upon the privacy, reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of others;

(11) Fabricating and spreading false information such as rumors, disrupting economic and social order, or undermining social stability;

(12) Content that violates national religious policies and promotes cults or superstitions;

(13) Content that is horrific, violent, bloody, highly dangerous, or harmful to the physical and mental health of the performer or others;

(14) Content that endangers network security or uses the Internet to endanger national security, honor, and interests;

(15) Content that intimidates, threatens, or conducts human flesh searches against others;

(16) Content that insults, defames, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(17) Posting commercial advertisements, commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information or spam;

(18) Content that disseminates violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, murder, or terrorism information or incites crime;

(19) Content that spreads obscene language and harms social order and morality;

(20) Content involving other people’s privacy, personal information or data;

(21) Comments using languages other than the language commonly used on this website;

(22) Other information that violates laws, regulations, public order and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of CleanSafe Master , or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

 

3.3 Complaint and reporting mechanism

The developers have established open and transparent complaint and reporting channels. If you discover any illegal or inappropriate behavior, harmful content, or other situations that harm the online environment, you can submit your feedback through CleanSafe Master's official complaint channel by emailing the developer team at chaohuangw0904@163.com .

We promise to respond promptly to all complaints and reports, carefully investigate them and handle them in accordance with the law, and work with our users to build a clear and secure cyberspace.

 

4. Personal Information Protection

4.1 We prioritize the protection of user personal information. When using CleanSafe Master services, you may be required to provide necessary personal information so that we can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. You acknowledge and agree that the Developer has the right to obtain, use, store, and share your personal information, subject to compliance with laws and regulations , this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy .

4.2 To effectively protect the security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your data, the Developer will take the following technical and management measures:

(1) Establishing a sound information security management system;

(2) Anonymize some data to reduce association risks;

(3) Use encryption technology that complies with industry standards to protect data transmission and storage;

(4) Deploy other necessary security measures based on the service characteristics of CleanSafe Master.

 

4.3 During your use of CleanSafe Master , we solemnly promise that we will never collect or use your sensitive and important personal information, such as your bank card number, third-party payment account and corresponding password, or ID number, without your explicit authorization and consent. We strictly adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and employ a series of rigorous technical and management measures, including encrypted transmission and data anonymization , to protect your information security. If any of the above important information is leaked due to your personal misuse, the resulting risks and losses will be borne by you.

 

4.4 Without your prior explicit authorization, we will not share your personal information with any third party other than the developer and its affiliates, except in the following circumstances:

(1) You actively choose to provide personal information to a third party;

(2) It is necessary to share information in order to safeguard national security, public safety, and other major public interests;

(3) The personal information comes from legal public channels, such as news reports that comply with regulations, content published on government information disclosure platforms, etc.;

(4) Personal information needs to be disclosed in accordance with laws and regulations, mandatory administrative orders or judicial documents in order to cooperate with criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials or execution of judgments and other judicial activities. In this case, we will require the relevant party to issue a legal and valid legal document such as a subpoena or investigation letter, and carefully review the information disclosure request to ensure that it complies with legal provisions and only provide the necessary data required by law enforcement and judicial departments for statutory reasons;

(5) To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to use personal information to protect the life safety, property safety, and other major legitimate rights and interests of other users, developers, and affiliates, or to ensure the safe and stable operation of CleanSafe Master and related services (such as preventing, identifying, and handling fraudulent activities, reducing credit risk, etc.), but such use does not include any activities that are for profit-making purposes or in violation of the commitments made in this Privacy Policy;

( 6 ) Other circumstances permitted by laws and regulations .

 

4.5 If CleanSafe Master contains links to information or other services (including websites) provided by third parties, you acknowledge and understand that the third parties operating such services may require you to provide relevant personal information. We hereby solemnly remind you to carefully read the third party's user agreement, privacy policy, and other relevant terms and conditions, properly protect your personal information, and only provide personal information to such third parties when necessary.

It should be clarified that this Agreement (and other agreements and rules related to CleanSafe Master, including but not limited to the CleanSafe Master Privacy Policy) does not apply to any services provided by any third party; the developer does not assume any legal responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the third party's use of the personal information you provide.

5. Rules for Use of CleanSafe Master Data

Without the written permission of the Developer, the User shall not, on their own or authorize, permit, or assist any third party to conduct the following actions with respect to the information content in CleanSafe Master and related services under this Agreement:

5.1 Edit, organize, or format the information content of CleanSafe Master and related services without authorization , and display it on platforms or channels other than the source pages of CleanSafe Master and related services;

5.2 Unauthorized copying, reading or using the information content of CleanSafe Master and related services for commercial purposes such as, but not limited to , promotion, increasing readership or page views;

technology , including but not limited to special marks, special codes, etc. , to conduct , on your own or with the assistance of a third party, traffic diversion, hijacking, or other actions that may have an adverse impact on the information or content of CleanSafe Master and related services;

5.4 Obtain information content from CleanSafe Master and related services through crawling, malicious caching, or other illegal means , or engage in other acts that infringe upon the platform's data rights.

 

6. Terms of Use for Minors

6.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a guardian and receive detailed guidance. You must carefully read this Agreement and obtain your guardian's explicit consent before using CleanSafe Master and its related services. We strongly recommend that guardians supervise the use of minors to ensure their reasonable and healthy use of online services.

6.2 Minor users should be aware that if they violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement, they and their guardians will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities, including but not limited to compensation for losses and elimination of negative impacts. Please abide by the rules and maintain a safe online environment .

6.3 Developers strictly adhere to relevant laws and regulations on the protection of minors and attach great importance to the personal information security of minors. When filling out personal information, minors should exercise caution under the guidance of their guardians and refrain from disclosing sensitive information (such as ID number, home address, etc.). If a guardian discovers any improper use by a minor or risk of information leakage, they may contact us using the contact information provided in this Agreement, and we will fully assist in resolving the issue.

6.4 Special tips for minors:

6.4.1 When using this software and related services, young users must be under the full supervision and guidance of their guardians, reasonably control usage time, avoid becoming addicted to virtual online spaces, and develop healthy online habits. We encourage minors to spend more time on real-world learning and socializing, and fully utilize the positive value of the Internet.

6.4.2 Young users must abide by the National Youth Internet Civility Convention:

(1) Be good at online learning and avoid browsing harmful information;

(2) Communicate honestly and in a friendly manner, and do not insult or deceive others;

(3) Strengthen self-protection awareness and do not casually date online friends;

(4) Maintain network security and do not disrupt network order;

(5) It should be beneficial to physical and mental health and not indulge in virtual time and space.

 

7. Handling of Breach of Contract

7.1 If you violate this Agreement or other terms of service, the Developer reserves the right to independently determine and take appropriate measures based on the circumstances. For any suspected violation of laws, regulations, or crimes, the Developer will retain relevant records, report to the competent authorities, and cooperate with investigations in accordance with the law.

7.2 If your violation of this Agreement or other terms of service results in third-party complaints or legal claims, you shall bear all legal responsibility. If the developer, its affiliated developers, or its controlled developers are required to pay compensation to a third party or receive administrative penalties from state agencies due to your illegal or breach of contract, you shall fully compensate the developer, its affiliated developers, or its controlled developers for any direct and indirect losses (including but not limited to economic losses, damage to goodwill, and legal costs) incurred as a result.

7.3 Developers respect and protect the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, right to name, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of legal and natural persons in accordance with the law. You promise not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, personality rights (including but not limited to reputation rights, right to name, privacy rights), or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party when creating, copying, publishing, or disseminating information using CleanSafe Master and related services. You shall bear all legal responsibility for all claims brought by third parties. If your infringement causes losses to the Developer, its affiliated developers, or its controlled developers (including economic losses, loss of goodwill, litigation costs, etc.), you shall fully compensate the Developer, its affiliated developers, and its controlled developers for all direct and indirect losses.

 

8. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination of Service

8.1 You acknowledge and voluntarily accept that CleanSafe Master and related services are provided "as is" based on currently available technology and conditions. While the developers will make every effort to ensure the stable operation of the services and data security, due to technical limitations and the objective existence of external risks, such as force majeure events, network virus or Trojan attacks, hacker intrusions, system failures, and third-party service anomalies, service interruptions, data loss, or other losses may occur. You must fully understand these risks.

8.2 You understand and agree that the Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or terminate CleanSafe Master and related services , upon prior notice via public announcement, in order to ensure the continued optimization and overall operation of the Service. In such event, the Developer shall not be liable or obligated to compensate users for such actions.

 

9. Advertising related instructions

9.1 When using CleanSafe Master and related services, you fully understand and agree that the Services may include information publishing, advertising, or brand marketing services provided by developers to individuals or businesses. You agree that developers have the right to display service-related commercial advertisements, promotional content, or third-party partner information (including both commercial and non-commercial information) in CleanSafe Master and related services.

9.2 If you do not agree to receive specific types of advertising information, you can choose to turn off such advertising push through the system settings; for CleanSafe Master 's push notification service, you have the right to disable notification permissions or stop using the service in the device system settings.

9.3 Developers will strictly comply with the Advertising Law and other laws and regulations in fulfilling their obligations. You must independently determine the authenticity, legality, and reliability of advertising or promotional information and are responsible for your own decisions. Unless otherwise expressly provided by laws and regulations, you will be solely responsible for any purchases, transactions, or any damages or losses arising from such advertising or promotional information , and the Developer will not be liable for compensation.

10. Ownership of Intellectual Property

10.1 The Developer provides all technical support for the development and operation of CleanSafe Master and has full legal rights and interests in all data and information generated during the service process.

10.2 The intellectual property rights in all content (including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, graphics, audio, video, graphics , layout, electronic documents, etc.) contained in CleanSafe Master and related services belong to the Developer. The Developer owns the copyright, patents, and all other relevant intellectual property rights in the software underlying the Service. Without the Developer's express permission, no individual or organization may monitor, copy, disseminate, display, mirror, upload, or download content from CleanSafe Master and related services in any manner (including but not limited to the use of robots, spiders, or other automated programs or devices).

10.3 You agree not to use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other distinctive brand features (hereinafter referred to as "Marks") owned by the Developer or its affiliated products (including but not limited to CleanSafe Master ) without authorization under any circumstances. Without the Developer's prior written authorization, you may not display or use the aforementioned Marks in any manner, or attempt to use them for trademark or domain name registration purposes, nor may you imply to any third party that there is an authorization, association, or other legal relationship between you and the Developer. You will assume full legal responsibility for any losses suffered by the Developer or others resulting from your violation of these Terms.

 

 

 

11.   Disclaimer

11.1 You should be aware of and voluntarily assume the following risks: CleanSafe Master and related services may be affected by various factors such as technology, network, and third parties. The developer does not make any express or implied warranties for the services, including but not limited to:

11.1.1 The developer is fully suitable for the user's usage requirements

11.1.2 All errors in the software will be corrected in a timely manner.

11.1.3 The Developer will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free; and any software, services, or other materials obtained by Users through the Developer will meet Users' expectations;

11.2 Developers are entitled to the right to handle illegal and infringing content in accordance with this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment on the part of the Developer, and the Developer cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal activities or appropriate handling.

11.3 Please acknowledge, understand, and agree that when using CleanSafe Master and related services, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable), such as government actions, natural disasters, network problems, hacker attacks, war, and other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the developer will strive to remedy the situation as soon as possible. However, you agree that the developer will not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure.

11.4 Please be aware, understand and agree that this Agreement is formulated to comply with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good morals, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. The Developer will do its utmost to make judgments based on relevant laws and regulations within its own capabilities, but cannot guarantee that such judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial and administrative agencies. You have clearly understood and agreed to bear the consequences that may arise from this.

11.5 Please acknowledge, understand, and agree that the Developer does not provide any warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to the services covered by this Agreement (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). You assume all risks arising from the use of this Service and related software, including data loss, equipment failure, and business losses.

 

 

12. Other relevant terms

12.1 This Agreement is signed in Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between you and the Developer, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation based on the principle of good faith. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where this Agreement is signed (i.e., Tianhe District, Guangzhou City) for resolution through litigation.

12.2 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be reasonably interpreted within the scope permitted by law to best reflect the true intentions of the parties at the time of entering into the Agreement. The invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the continued validity and binding force of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

12.3 You and the Developer are independent legal entities. The signing of this Agreement does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties. Except as expressly required by laws and regulations, the Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Service and assumes no liability for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the Service.

12.4 This Agreement will continue to evolve as our business develops and our services are optimized. We will publish revised terms of this Agreement through reasonable channels during the testing or release of CleanSafe Master, and will provide a prominent reminder to you whenever possible. The updated terms will become an effective part of the original Agreement from the date of official publication. Your continued use of CleanSafe Master will be deemed your acceptance of all changes. If you disagree with any of these changes, please immediately cease using the Service.

12.5 The titles of the clauses in this Agreement are for ease of reading only and do not affect the actual meaning or legal interpretation of the clauses.

12.6 The final copyright and legal interpretation rights of this Agreement belong to the Developer. The Developer reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. The amended Agreement shall take effect from the date of publication.
